Institutional Vice President of EMS, Brazil's largest pharmaceutical laboratory, where he is responsible for strategic areas such as innovation, industrial expansion, regulation, internationalization and new product development. The grandson of Emiliano Sanchez, founder of EMS, Marcus belongs to the family that controls Grupo NC, the holding company at the head of the company. He began his career at the company as director of the Consumer unit (now OTC), and since 2014 he has been vice-president, actively participating in the modernization and expansion of industrial operations, as well as leading internationalization initiatives, aimed at expanding EMS in the European market.
Executive Director of Institutional Relations for the NC Group, working on Strategic Planning for International Partnerships and Productive Development - from prospecting to development and implementation - contributing directly to significant business growth. Active participation with Anvisa, in regulatory improvement projects and in sector entities, with a focus on advancing the regulatory framework for pharmaceutical products and fine chemicals.
Extensive international experience, with frequent trips to Europe, India, China, the United States and Latin American countries.
