He holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of the Federal District (UDF), a specialization in Procedural Law from the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (IDP) and a master's degree in International Rights and Business with an emphasis on Regulation from the Universidad Europea Del Atlántico (UNEATLANTICO/ES).
Lawyer with ten years' experience in administrative, regulatory and procedural law. He worked as Chief Advisor to the Board of Directors at Anvisa, in the areas of registration and inspection of products subject to health surveillance, notably medicines and food.
